ACCESS to Manufacturing Careersis your start to a great career in manufacturing!
ACCESS training program includes:
- 3 weeks of training with earned wages at $14/hr
- 40 hours a week from 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Guaranteed interviews with jobs starting at $16/hr
- This program welcomes those who have been involved in the criminal justice system
- Learn a combination of industry knowledge, technical skills, and career-readiness skills
- Program prepares you for entry-level jobs with room to grow like: Machine Operator, Press Operator, Grinder Trainee, Assembly, General Labor
- Advance into careers like: Machine Programmer, Welder, Robotics, Machine Repair & Maintenance

By becoming an ACCESS referral partner, you connect to training designed by employers who have committed to hiring graduates of the program. In fact, most graduates get more than one job offer! We partner with you to share the progress of your referred participant and coordinate supports. In partnership, we are both working to ensure high completion rates and entry onto a career pathway that offers family sustaining wages and career growth.

Partner Contribution:

- Attend Quarterly ACCESS to Manufacturing Partner meetings
